Why 31 day - challenge so important ???

You have to follow this important principles -  No Skipping , No Excuse , Be Consistent  . 


1 . Better sleep quality . (Day 1-31 )

. Avoid screen 30 minutes before bed .
. Keep your room cool and dark .
. Sleep 6 - 8 hours daily .
. Try to sleep and wake up at the same time .

Good sleep boosts your brain focus , Muscle recovery and emotional balance . It will Make you stronger in every area of your life .

2. Daily exercise (6/7 days of a week )

Exercise minimum 30 minutes at Morning . And try to do One more 30 minutes Exercise At the evening .
